Hey everyone well last monday me and delia went to the london dungeons and tower of london. London dungeons was ok, not that scary but the rides were fun. We picked one of the hottest days to go to Tower of London. Took some photos saw the crown jewels but was bit relieved to leave as it was so hot we were barely funtioning, the walk "shuffle" home wood have looked quite funny. Yesterday we went to thorpe park, with is a theme park in surrey. took the train from waterloo to staines (not spain dad) and took 40 mins, we got there just before opening so when it opened we went straight for Stealth which was probably one of the best rides and a great way to start because wen we got off we didnt know if we were still breathing. cos it was early we managed to get on 4 rides without queueing, or we were first in line(stealth, nemesis inferno, detonator((like the giant drop)) and slammer), we had some lunch then we went to go on the new ride Saw and we had to queue for an hour, but was good, as we were queueing for no way out (where youre in a cart going backwards the whole time) it started to pour, luckily delia got her umbrella out, but it stopped before we came out. I went on the ride samurai where your hanging on rotating spinning arms as the whole thing goes around like a windmill that was fun. Went on the Colosus which we queued for an hour and the ride sucked mainly because at the first turn we both smacked our heads on the shouder harness and thats all we thought about for the rest of the ride. i next went on vortex which is like a big swing but your spinning around at the same time and have no idea wat the g force was but wen we were in the air couldnt move anything. me and delia went on the zodiak where we were in little cages and got spun around like on a ferris wheel except fast, which was fun considering the force made slide down so i was lying flat on my back so it was a weird feeling wen i was upside down. We went to get more food and have a look around the game stalls( we both had a go at different ones and failed miserably) then we went to the arcade. Two hours and almost GBP40 later ( i wasted most on the game where you put 10p in and when it goes down the tube and lands if might push the other 10p forward which might make the big lot of 10p forward. i kept playing because id managed to get the 5 pound note so close to the edge, even though id spent more than that it was the principle of it, but finally i gave up as it was 10 mins to closing and we wanted to buy a souvinier. we both bought a big plastic up with a long windy straw, and a twister ice block(they are so yummy) and i bought the biggest bucket of candyfloss id ever seen. Delia's cheeks and nose got sunburnt, only my nose did.all in all was a realy great day, we were very tired wen we got home.
