Bath/Stonehenge/Salisbury

Today we did an Evan Evans Tour to Bath/Stonehenge and Salisbury Catherdral. Took about 2 hours to get to Bath, where we went around the Roman Baths(listening to an audio guide tour). There was a lot there. Also theres a pic of building- the tour guide said Nic Cage bought that. It started raining and as i had forgotten my umbrella i bought one that was realy big, but i never got to use it cos it fined up. Waste of money and i kept hitting Delia with it by accident. Anyway we continued to Stonehenge where we got another audio guide tour which was rather interesting. The pics of the hills are actual burial mounds. I took a few pics of the countryside for you mum. Took 15 mins to get to Salisbury then we just walked to and around the Cathedral. We arrived to the bus 1 min late, we were lucky a lady was 15 mins late then the tour leader said to husband we are leaving without her so the guy got off. been a busy few days, i forgot to mention on Sat me and Delia Went to a midnight showing of All 3 LOTR movies at the IMAX, and Ian McKellen was a special guest and he said a few words before it all began. So i fell asleep an average 6 times a movie but most were only like 5 min spells and i knew where i had fell asleep- more like dozing. Delia nudged me a few times. It finished bout 1030 am so we went home for bout an hour then went to Natural History Museum. By the time i went to sleep i had been up 37 hours. Until next time...

Natural History Museum

Ok so we went to the Natural History Museum on Sunday and I only took pics of Dinosaurs. They have a animatronic T-Rex so i filmed him moving but cant put on here. Thats all

Greenwich

I'm gonna make these posts short n sweet as i have many pic to put on here. Me and D went to Greenwich, where we stood on either side of the Prime Meridian so we were in the western and eastern hemisphere at the same time. There was a planetarium and other stuff which i took photos of. Theres a pic of a piece of the Gibeon meteorite which is 4.5 billion years old. Enjoy

So yesterday i decided to go to Hyde Park. First I stopped at Harrods and had a look around- the photo just above is from inside Harrods. Then i walked to Hyde Park. Took Couple pics of the Serpentine, had a look at the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain and kept walking till got to the Albert Memorial. From there i walked to Round Pond and onto Kensington Palace. I decided to do the tour around it. Most of the photos i took in there didnt come out very well because its quite dark and you're not allowed flashes so i only put a few up. But you get to see things on the Debutants, Princess Dianas Dresses, King and Queens apartments, Duchess of Kents Dressing room, Queen Victorias Bedroom etc. There's even Ettiqute training- like how to set a formal and informal table, how to walk properly(there was a straight line and you had to walk whilst balancing a book on your head) There was the steps for how to do the Waltz on the ground and how to curtsy properly. On leaving i bought a book called The Lady's book of Manners showing How to become a perfect lady, How to talk correctly and how to read. pretty sure none will rub off on me. Went to look at Princess Diana's memorial Gardens (only found out wen got there its a kid play ares) but if you dont have children you cant go in except 1/2 hour before opening times.(for obvious reasons, though i wouldnt have gone in if you were allowed and had paid me)
So Ive only done the West side of Hyde Park, next time i got i want to go on the paddle boats.
Until next time.....
